FarmerSites is a division of Syberplex, 2355 Fairview Ave #121, Roseville, MN 55113. This policy covers farmersites.com. Websites we build for clients have their own policies.
What we collect
- Form submissions. When you use the Get Started, Contact or newsletter forms we store what you enter (name, email, phone, farm details, message) along with the page you submitted from, the referring page, your IP address and browser type. We use this to reply to you and to understand how people find us.
- Server logs. Our web server records requests (IP address, URL, time, browser) for security and troubleshooting. Logs are rotated and not used for marketing.
- Analytics. If enabled, we use privacy-respecting analytics with IP anonymisation to count visits. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data.
- Cookies. This site sets a session cookie only when you submit a form or sign in to the admin area. No advertising cookies.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, to build and support your website if you become a client, and to send the newsletter if you subscribed. We don’t sell, rent or share personal information with third parties except service providers who help us operate (email delivery, hosting) and as required by law.
Retention
Form submissions are kept while we have a business reason to (an open inquiry, an active client relationship) and then deleted. Email us to have your information removed at any time.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email. To access, correct or delete information we hold about you, email [email protected].
Children
This site is for business use and not directed at children under 13.
