FarmerSites is the farm-only division of Syberplex, a web development and design firm in Roseville, Minnesota, founded in 1999. We registered farmersites.com years ago with a simple idea — farms that sell direct deserve a web partner who understands seasons, u-pick, hanging weight and the fact that nobody can take a kickoff call in September.
Why only farms?
A general web agency builds a farm site the way it builds a dentist’s site: a home page, an about page, a contact form, and a photo of a tractor. Then it sits untouched for four years because changing it costs $150 an hour and requires an email thread.
Farms that sell direct don’t work like that. Hours change weekly. What’s available changes daily. There are tickets, shares, deposits, pickup days, weather closures, and a customer standing in a field with one bar of signal trying to find out if you’re open. The website has to be a storefront that changes with the season, and somebody has to be on the hook for keeping it that way.
So we productised it: fixed prices, a farm-specific platform, intake by form, changes included. One kind of customer, done well.
Built in the Upper Midwest
We’re based between the Twin Cities and the apple orchards, pumpkin patches and dairies of the St. Croix valley. Our examples lean Midwestern because that’s what we see out the window — but the platform, the process and the pricing are the same for a citrus grove in Florida or a lavender farm in Washington.

The whole process runs by email, on your schedule. Calls are available on request and never required.

Your domain, your content, your design. If you leave, you get everything in a format another developer can use.

Hosting, backups, security and monitoring are our job. Downtime is our problem to fix, not yours to notice.
