Bundle boxes

A fixed price, a fixed list, no deposit and no cut sheet. Boxes are packed from the same dry-aged, grass-fed beef and woodlot pork as the shares — this is the easiest way to try us before committing to a quarter. Order below, pick a pickup, pay when you collect.

  • Enough for 3–4 gallons of stock

How boxes are packed. Every cut is vacuum-sealed and labelled with the cut, weight and processing date. Steaks are cut 1¼", two to a pack. Ground beef is 85/15 in 1 lb packs. Weights on the list are typical; actual box weight varies by a pound or two and the price doesn't.

When is it ready?

Boxes are packed Thursdays from freezer stock. Order by Wednesday night for farm pickup that Friday or Saturday. Route orders need to be in by the Wednesday before the route.

Can I swap cuts?

Not in a box — that's what keeps the price fixed. If you want to pick and choose, the freezer store has every cut by the pound and a half is the real custom option.

Gifts

Any box can be a gift. We'll include a card and a note on how to thaw and cook grass-fed beef (lower, slower, pull it 5° early). The recipient picks the drop point.
