Our cattle are moved to fresh pasture every day from April to November and bale-graze our own hay through the winter. They never see a grain bucket. Pigs run a 14-acre oak woodlot behind the north pasture and get non-GMO barley and whey from a creamery in Calmar on top of what they root up. Chickens follow the cattle in moveable pens.
Two Saturday routes cover twelve towns from Rochester to La Crosse to West Union. Orders over $150 ride free. Or stop at the farm store any Friday afternoon or Saturday morning.
