Reserve your day at the orchard
Weekends and Labor Day use timed entry: pick an arrival window and walk straight in. Weekdays are walk-up, but you can prepay here and skip the gate line. Any ticket moves to any other day this season for free.
How timed entry works
- Choose a weekend date and a one-hour arrival window. We release 350 tickets per window, which is what the parking lot and the hayride line can take.
- Show the QR code at the gate — on your phone is fine. One code covers your whole group.
- Stay as long as you like. The window is only for arrival.
Walk-ups on weekends are welcome if a window has space; the banner on the home page shows "Weekend walk-ups: yes/no" by 8 am. In October, the answer is usually no after 10.
Weather & rain-check policy
- Move your ticket free, any time, to any day this season. Reply to your confirmation email or call (555) 014-2200. No limit on changes.
- If we close the farm for weather, every ticket for that day is refunded automatically within 48 hours.
- If only the maze or hayride closes (lightning, standing water) your admission still works for everything else, and you get a maze/hayride voucher good any day this season.
- Refunds for change of plans: full refund up to 48 hours before your window; after that, a rain check instead.
- Flashlight Maze nights are cancelled only for lightning or sustained wind over 30 mph. Cancelled nights are refunded in full.

$49 adult · $35 child
Every day of the season including both festival weekends, no timed entry needed — season-pass holders use the green lane at the gate. Pays for itself on the fourth weekend visit. Buy it at the gate or ask us to convert a ticket you've already bought.

Fifteen or more? Book as a group.
Group rates include a reserved wagon, a staff host who meets you in the lot, and one invoice instead of forty cards at the gate. Field trips add a 25-minute "blossom to apple" talk in the orchard and a picking bag per student. Book at least two weeks out; October Fridays fill by mid-September.
