Call, email, or just come find us

In season a person answers the phone from 8 am until close, seven days a week — even Mondays, when the farm is closed but the office isn't. Off season, leave a message and Anna calls back within a day.

Before you write — the quick answers

  • Are you open today? The banner at the top of every page says. It's updated by 7:40 am.
  • What's ripe? Also the banner. Full detail on Pick your own.
  • Do I need a ticket? Weekends yes, weekdays no. Tickets.
  • Can I move my ticket? Yes, free, any day this season. Reply to your confirmation email.
  • Field trip or party? Use the group booking form — it gets you a quote faster than email.
  • Lost something? Lost and found is at the Bakery Barn counter. We hold items until the end of the season, then donate them.

Wholesale & media

We sell cider, donuts and apples wholesale to a handful of co-ops, restaurants and schools within 40 miles between September and November. Media and photography requests, including commercial shoots in the orchard, go to the same email with "Media" in the subject line. We ask 48 hours' notice for any shoot and don't allow drones over visitors.

Send a message

For same-day questions ("is the maze open right now?") call — email is checked a few times a day in season, not constantly.
